Vanity
covet the mystery of evil
the power the beauty denied in this life
but i am the dark & the light of all light
unseen in the haze of thy purposeless way
Imminent wrath raging in weakness
display of detestable pride incomplete
day of the jackal ripping assunder
descend & receive the new desolation
Rationalizations dead populations
grim oversaturation of knowledge
lost are the tribes of delirious man
their demented daughters do follow
Religion upon religion contrived
the squalor transcends into filthiness deeper
meaningless praise inspiring fear
death ever patient endearing
Food for the wyrms insatiable appetite
season the soul prepare the weak flesh
eternal hunger this life will mean nothing
awakening nightmare nurtures the lie
